Hi, I'm Kira.
I'm a Nutritional Therapist specialising in fertility, hormones, pregnancy, postpartum health and menopause, helping women understand their bodies, optimise their health and feel confident in the choices they're making.
I hold a degree in Naturopathy and Nutritional Therapy, alongside studies in Ayurveda and Yoga. My work combines evidence-based nutrition with a holistic approach, recognising that every woman is unique and deserves personalised support.
My passion for women's health became deeply personal during my own fertility journey. After two years of trying to conceive, multiple losses, fertility treatment and IVF, I became determined to understand every aspect of fertility, hormones and nutrition. Through this experience, I saw first-hand how powerful nutrition and lifestyle interventions can be when they are tailored to the individual.
Today, I help women at every stage of life — from preparing for pregnancy and supporting fertility, to navigating postpartum recovery, hormone imbalances and menopause.
My philosophy is simple:
No crash diets. No food fear. No guesswork.
Instead, I help women nourish their bodies with the nutrients they need to support hormones, fertility, energy, mood and long-term health.
When we work together, I take time to understand the full picture. We explore your symptoms, medical history, blood test results, lifestyle, nutrition, sleep, stress levels and goals before creating a personalised plan designed specifically for you.
My goal is not just to help you achieve a particular outcome, but to help you understand your body, feel empowered in your health decisions and build habits that support your wellbeing for years to come.
Outside of work, you'll usually find me spending time with my husband Tom and daughter Sofia, cooking nourishing meals, baking sourdough, gardening and enjoying the outdoors.
